Cal’s Pals is a nonprofit organization (EIN 82-0721397) created to help individuals and families through their journey with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease. We will have fundraisers in Louisiana and Georgia, as well as accept donations to raise money for the families battling this horrible disease. WHO IS CAL and WHO ARE HIS PALS?

Cal's Pals was created by the friends and family of Gary Callahan (Cal). Gary was born in New Orleans, LA and attended Christ the King School and Shaw High School (Class of 1976). He worked for BellSouth/AT&T for 40 years and retired May 2017. He lived in Alpharetta, GA for the last 20 years of his life. Gary was diagnosed with ALS, April 2016 after experiencing symptoms for almost 9 months. Gary passed away March 14, 2019 at his home, surrounded by his family. He had a large support group in both Louisiana and Georgia (his Pals).
